international rule is that laid down in the
General Consular Instructions (Chapter 25,
paragraph 25). A refusal of the judicial police
to execute the orders of the Court in this case
would be difficult to defend under the rendition
agreement.
9. In view of the opinion with regard to this
matter that you have expressed in the despatch
quoted above, I shall decline to intervene in
- Kr. Chew's case, unless otherwise instructed.
